## What dot-toolkit does, in the publisher's words

An unofficial, experimental plugin for your ongoing main dot. It helps dot use private instructions and deliberately selected skills without asking you for their locations on every request. Version 0.3.0 adds complete cloud-managed plugin packages alongside the standalone skills supported in 0.2.

The bundled dot-guidelines skill provides common guidance and reads setup, inspection, maintenance, or migration instructions when needed. It does not bundle your private instructions or the additional plugins you choose.

Install dot-toolkit itself in ChatGPT Web, using a ZIP or a shared plugin supplied by its maintainer. Use the account and workspace where you use dot. Uploading a ZIP and installing the plugin are separate steps; attaching a ZIP to a conversation or extracting it into the cloud is not installation. Availability and upload permissions depend on the workspace. See OpenAI's plugin installation guide.

From the project README, punctuation lightly normalized. Full text: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/peaceroad/ai-dotfiles/HEAD/plugins/dot-toolkit/README.md
