A complete, fork-this-to-start client-config bundle for fleet, with the Kubernetes deployment as the main event.

fleet ships no client content. At boot it loads a bundle from the FLEET_CLIENT_CONFIG_DIR environment variable: a manifest plus prompts, personas, playbooks, and MCP servers that turn the generic engine into your team's agent workspace. This repo is a clean, generic example of that bundle, branded for a fictional company, Larkspur, with a default persona named Rowan, plus everything a cluster deployment needs that a single-box one does not.
