## What flowtime does, in the publisher's words

Flowtime is a production-ready focus timer app built around the Flowtime (Flowmodoro) method:

Flowtime includes a user-scoped MCP and JSON API foundation for ChatGPT and Muse, plus OAuth consent and revocation screens. It is not activated by a frontend deploy: apply the restrictive policies and configure OAuth before connecting an assistant. See agent architecture, setup, and verification.
