## What gumloop does, in the publisher's words

Gumloop is where teams build and run AI agents for work. This plugin connects Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, and Cursor to your Gumloop account through Gumloop's hosted MCP server, with skills that teach the assistant how to use it.

- Run agents. Find an agent by name, start a session, follow up, answer its approval requests, and fetch the files it produced.
- Build agents. Create or change an agent's model, prompt, skills, connected apps, and evaluation settings.
- Use connected apps. Read from or act in the apps your team has connected in Gumloop (Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack, Linear, Notion, HubSpot, Salesforce, GitHub, and 100+ more) with the sign-in you already completed there, under your organization's access policy. No per-app setup in the assistant.

## Skills

- build-agents: Creates a Gumloop agent or changes its model, system prompt, skills, connected apps, or evaluation settings. Use when the user wants a new agent, wants an agent to use an app such as Gmail or Slack, wants to attach or write a skill, or asks how an agent has been scoring.
- company-brain: Searches the company knowledge indexed in Gumloop's Company Brain (Notion, Google Drive, Slack, GitHub, Confluence, uploaded files, agent outputs). Use when the user asks what the company knows, decided, or documented about something, where a policy or process is written down, or says "Company Brai…
- connected-apps: Reads from or acts in apps the user connected to Gumloop (Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack, Linear, Notion, HubSpot, Salesforce, GitHub, and 100+ more) through the gumloop server's tools. Use when a task needs data or an action in one of those apps and the user has Gumloop, when the user says "through…
- get-started: Checks a fresh Gumloop connection and shows what the account has. Use right after installing the Gumloop plugin, or when the user asks to connect Gumloop, test it, or see their agents and connected apps.
- gumloop: Conventions for every call to the gumloop MCP server (sign-in, team scope, confirmations, error shape, reply format). Use whenever a gumloop tool is about to be called, alongside the task-specific Gumloop skill.
- run-agents: Runs a Gumloop agent, continues its session, checks a session, answers its approval requests, and fetches files it produced. Use when the user names one of their Gumloop agents, says "ask my agent" or "run the X agent", asks what an agent did or whether a run finished, or needs an agent's output fi…
