## What herald-connection does, in the publisher's words

Herald is a notification service for macOS. Apps, scripts and AI agents send it a notification, and Herald draws a banner on your screen, keeps it in a searchable History, and lets you answer it with buttons, a reply or a voice message. It listens on your Mac only, and you design how each app's banners look.
