## What milliways does, in the publisher's words

milliways is the kitchen: one plugin you carry from codebase to codebase. It routes every non-trivial task to a playbook written for that situation, vendors pstack and Matt Pocock's skills as the playbooks' steps, and ships what a Claude Project needs to run agents in the cloud and merge their work on a trust ladder. The vocabulary (kitchen, chef, rung, gate, door, garden) is defined in GLOSSARY.md.

It is packaged as a Claude Code plugin, as an Agent Plugin and for skills.sh. The AGENTS.md entry point works in any harness that reads AGENTS.md; Projects, routines and pull-request attachments are Claude Code and GitHub features.
