- nanlabs-adr: WHAT, Create and maintain Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) per the NaNLABS process in ClickUp. Covers when to write an ADR, required sections, review, and linking to epics/PRs. English for cross-team artifacts unless the user asks otherwise.
