## What nemeda-agent-kit does, in the publisher's words

Portable methodology, tools, and repository context for AI coding agents.

Nemeda Agent Kit gives Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and Agent Plugins-compatible hosts the same operational baseline without copying skills or tool configuration into every project. A small.nemeda/agent-kit.json file identifies each repository; normal project instructions stay in AGENTS.md.

> Status: early release. The core (skills, MCP context, CLI, Airtable hooks) is > in daily use; the Slack relay is newer and has been exercised by one team. > Interfaces may still change before 1.0.

- Agent Skills for workspace discovery, bootstrap, diagnostics, and safe multi-repository work.
- A read-only MCP server that exposes normalized workspace context and health checks.
- A zero-dependency CLI: nemeda-agent init, setup, context, doctor, and slack.

From the project README, punctuation lightly normalized. Full text: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/twyd-ai/nemeda-agent-kit/HEAD/README.md

## Skills

- meeting-notes
- memory-log
- workspace-bootstrap: Initialize Nemeda Agent Kit safely in a repository by creating a minimal.nemeda/agent-kit.json and AGENTS.md without overwriting existing project guidance. Use when a user asks to adopt, initialize, configure, or migrate a repository to the toolkit.
- workspace-context: Load and apply repository-owned Nemeda Agent Kit context before working in a configured repository or multi-repository workspace. Use when a task depends on project identity, repository role, stack profile, required tools, or durable instructions.
- workspace-create: Create a complete new project workspace end to end, Drive structure, workspace repository, code repositories, Airtable base, and team onboarding, so every teammate and every AI shares the same context from day one. Use when a user asks to start, create, or scaffold a new project or workspace.
- workspace-doctor: Diagnose whether Nemeda Agent Kit is correctly configured for the current repository, including config validity, instruction paths, repository identity, host availability, and legacy duplication. Use when setup is incomplete, tools or context differ between agents, or a teammate reports the plugin…
- workspace-methodology: Apply the shared Nemeda methodology to cross-repository or client-project work: confirm exact target, preserve dirty checkouts, separate reusable behavior from project configuration, protect secrets, validate proportionally, and publish only when explicitly requested.

Descriptions come from the frontmatter of each SKILL.md, punctuation lightly normalized.

## MCP servers

- workspace-context: transport: stdio; command: node ${PLUGIN_ROOT}/scripts/mcp-server.mjs

Read from the plugin's own mcp.json. Environment variable names only, never values.
