## What pstack does, in the publisher's words

This section and the notes marked Fork note below are Aaron Pak's. Everything else is poteto's README, edited only where it described Cursor-only mechanics.

This is a fork of poteto's pstack that runs in Cursor, Claude Code, and Codex. It lives in aaron-pak/agent-plugins at plugins/pstack/, vendored from cursor/plugins at revision 11713c683fe4add4fd403ea880580abbc9e0875f.

What changed:

- A harness layer. Skills describe each action in neutral terms (spawn, read-only, background, structured question). references/harness.md maps each term to Cursor, Claude Code, and Codex.
- The pstack CLI. scripts/pstack is a Python 3 script with no dependencies. It reads the model config, lists and probes the models your CLIs can reach, runs cross-family seats through claude -p and codex exec, lists transcripts from every harness, and gives each workspace a state directory. Run it with --help.
