## What pstack does, in the publisher's words

pstack is Lauren Tan's collection of rigorous engineering workflows for writing less, higher-quality code and parallelizing work with verifiable boundaries. This repository is a standalone Agent Plugins 1.0 port of the original cursor/plugins/pstack package, with a Kiro runtime adapter.

The root package follows Agent Plugins 1.0:

Agent Plugins standardizes the manifest, Agent Skills, and optional MCP configuration. pstack ships skills and skill-local scripts; it does not ship an MCP server.

- In Kiro IDE, open Powers and choose Add Custom Power.
- Import this repository from GitHub or select the local repository root.
- Start Kiro CLI v3 and run /powers to confirm pstack is installed.
- Ask Kiro to use poteto-mode, or install the optional pstack-poteto agent profile from dev.kiro/README.md.
- Run the setup-pstack skill if you want explicit Kiro model or named-agent routing.

From the project README, punctuation lightly normalized. Full text: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/vinayshah1998/pstack-agent-plugin/HEAD/README.md

## Skills

- architect: Sketch types, signatures, and module structure before code, then stay in the loop while implementation fills in. Use for /architect, 'architect this', 'design this', or non-trivial work where jumping to code would lock in the wrong shape.
- arena: Spawn independent candidates for the same task, select a base against a rubric, graft the strongest ideas, and verify the synthesized result.
- automate-me: Draft or revise a personal mode skill from explicit preferences and optional evidence from a user-supplied transcript or current-session digest.
- benchmark-checklist
- blast-radius: Find what a change could break somewhere else before it ships, beyond the diff, and prove the one fact it's safe because of by running real code instead of writing it up. Use for 'blast radius of X', 'what could this break', or reviewing a small diff you don't trust.
- bro: Restate the last message in plain human language, with no jargon.
- comment-sicko: Review comments and suppressions aggressively, preserving only legal headers, public API contracts, issue links, and non-obvious external constraints. Use through the no-comments skill or for an independent comment review.
- correct
- create-verification-skill: Generate a project-local verification skill that drives your app the way a user does, any language, framework, or platform. Use for /create-verification-skill, \"make a control skill for this repo\", or when a project has no scripted way to prove UI/CLI/service behavior.
- figure-it-out: Design an auditable playbook when no narrower one fits: a large migration, an ambitious multi-part change, or work a human reviews after stepping away. Scales rigor to the task, runs a hypothesis loop, and logs decisions via show-me-your-work. Use for /figure-it-out, 'figure it out', a large migrat…
- how: Explain how a subsystem works, including ownership, layering, runtime flow, and placement questions. Use before changing unfamiliar code or when asked where behavior belongs.
- interrogate: Run independent adversarial reviewers over a change, synthesize consensus and disagreements, and make a pragmatic lead judgment without auto-applying changes.
- ketchup
- maintain-verification-skill: Periodic pass that keeps a project's verification skill and feature map honest: parallel source readers per feature, one live session driving every feature, at most one PR of proven corrections. Use for /maintain-verification-skill or \"audit the verify skill\".
- make-bot-ui: Build a small authenticated UI that sends bounded JSON events to an externally operated agent webhook without exposing credentials to the browser.
