## What rad-repo does, in the publisher's words

RAD Repo is an Agent Plugins 1.0.0 package that helps Codex keep a repository understandable between sessions. It uses an opinionated document model, an evidence-based handoff, repository-declared checks, and a guarded Git shipping flow. Its scans can find review targets, but they cannot prove code quality or production health.

It is for one person or a small team that works with coding agents over many sessions. It can also bring an older repository into the model without erasing useful local documents.

RAD Repo gives each kind of information a preferred home:

- high-confidence secret patterns;
- protected paths;
- unexpected generated output;
- configured file-size limits;
- unreviewed contract changes;
- missing or unapproved validation commands;

From the project README, punctuation lightly normalized. Full text: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/RadOrigin-LLC/rad-plugins/HEAD/plugins/rad-repo/README.md

## Skills

- adopt: Bring an existing repository onto the RAD Repo document model, preserving code and approving document migrations.
- complexity-audit: Review code maintenance hotspots read-only when the user requests a complexity or technical-debt audit.
- doctor: Diagnose RAD Repo validation declarations, command trust, path scopes, or missing resources without running project validation.
- recall: Use when the user asks what the repository decided, what past lesson applies, why a constraint exists, whether an old choice is still active, or asks to recall project memory for a task or path. Runs bounded, read-only keyword recall over docs/decisions.md and docs/lessons.md, returns at most five…
- repo-align: Review RAD Repo documentation drift and propose approved corrections to structure, references, or conflicting guidance.
- repo-init: Initialize the RAD Repo document model in a new or nearly empty repository. Use adopt for an established repository.
- ship: Commit and push reviewed repository work when requested, using the RAD Repo handoff and validation gates. Stops after push.
- startup: Give a read-only repository session briefing from Git state, document freshness, and the current handoff.
- verify-release: Verify a release on explicit request by following its exact deployment and proving the pushed revision is live.
- wrapup: Save a repository session handoff from Git and recorded validation evidence. Does not run tests or push.

Descriptions come from the frontmatter of each SKILL.md, punctuation lightly normalized.
