- sanmu-doc2md: 将 PDF、PPTX 和扫描文档转为保留图表、LaTeX 公式与来源信息的 Markdown 知识库。用于教材分章、课件转笔记、论文与学位论文入库、图表或公式回源修复、主文与补充材料关联，以及 Zotero 文献与批注导出或同步。
- sanmu-paper-reader: 解读论文、补充材料与解析稿，用于单篇精读、跨文献比较、方法迁移和知识库问答。保留证据来源、单位工况及事实与假设边界，按需提供图文对照、复现准备草案和性能比较。
- sanmu-paper-search: 从课题、种子论文或作者发现学术文献，查询参考、施引、相似论文和作者作品，合并去重并记录检索范围。用于找相关论文、全文或 SI、更新方向检索，以及整理 Zotero 分类与附件信息。支持同名作者消歧、日常检索和带协议的系统检索准备。
