## What tailrocks-repository-skills does, in the publisher's words

One portable package with seven skills. The skills coordinate repository work and run the pull-request lifecycle: template, create, refresh, review, and guarded merge. Five skills are model-selectable. Two skills are user-only and need an explicit human command.

Each skill body lives in its own directory. Read skills/tailrocks-review-pr/SKILL.md for one complete example.

From the project README, punctuation lightly normalized. Full text: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/tailrocks/tailrocks-repository-skills/HEAD/README.md

## Skills

- tailrocks-create-pr: Opens exactly one pull request for a branch, or reuses a suitable existing PR. Use this skill when the user says open, create, put up, or raise a PR. Also use it when the user says propose a change or convert a branch to a PR. Also use it when the user says draft PR, MR, change, or CL. This skill d…
- tailrocks-merge-pr: Squash-merges one exact pull request into its target with a reviewed-head guard. Use this skill when the user says merge, land, squash, ship, or submit PR #N. Also use it when the user says squash and merge or land a diff. Also use it when the user says merge an MR or close a PR by merging. This sk…
- tailrocks-pr-template: Creates or reconciles the single file `.github/PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE.md`. Use this skill when the user says PR template, default PR body, PR boilerplate, or standard PR text. This skill does not open, refresh, review, or merge a PR.
- tailrocks-refresh-pr: Reconciles the title and body of an open PR with its current diff. Use this skill when the user says update, fix, retitle, rewrite, or sync a PR title, body, or text. Also use it when the PR text drifted or is out of date. This skill does not push commits, rebase a branch, open a PR, or merge a PR.
- tailrocks-repository-merge: Audits, groups, integrates, reviews, and merges selected branches or PRs into one exact target branch. Use this skill only when the user explicitly requests it. A single PR belongs to its single-PR owner: create, refresh, review, or merge. This skill never deletes sources.
- tailrocks-repository-recover: Finds, analyzes, and preserves the local work of one repository: Git copies and related loose files. Use this skill only when the user explicitly requests it. It compares work with the target, publishes marked recovery branches and PRs, and cleans local state only after verified preservation. It ne…
- tailrocks-review-pr: Reviews one pull request, branch, diff, or plan and reports findings with evidence and a Ready, Changes required, or Incomplete verdict. Use this skill when the user says review, look over, or audit a PR, diff, MR, change, CL, or plan. Also use it when the user says check a change or asks if a chan…
