## What telegram-operator does, in the publisher's words

Drive a real Telegram account from an MCP client. Not a bot account: your account, with its chats, its channels, its admin rights and its history, exposed as tools an agent can call.

GNU GPL v3 or later. See LICENSE and NOTICE.

Plenty of things speak MTProto. What this server is actually about is the gap between the API answered and the answer is true, and that gap is where an agent quietly gets things wrong.

- Behaviour is measured, not assumed. When Telegram does something surprising, it gets reproduced against a live account and the finding goes in the code as a comment and in a test as an assertion.

## Skills

- telegram-access-audit: Review Telegram account, channel or group access and settings read-only, with evidence and visibility gaps. Use for administrators, permissions, privacy, invite/join settings, logged-in devices or configuration review; recommend changes without automatically applying them.
- telegram-backup-restore: Create and verify authorized Telegram content backups and rehearse restoration with explicit fidelity limits. Use for chat exports, media integrity checks, backup validation or recovery rehearsal, not exporting login credentials or claiming content archives restore secret-chat protocol state.
- telegram-bot-reconstruction: Reconstruct an authorized Telegram bot or user-account automation surface from exact observable text, commands, glass buttons and behavior, including management bots, downloaders and Mini Apps. Use for cloning, command-flow mapping or independent implementation and parity tests; distinguish observe…
- telegram-chat-migration: Migrate or clone an authorized Telegram channel or group once or with explicitly selected ongoing synchronization. Use for history copying, resumable channel/group reconstruction and album/topic/reply preservation, not member scraping or unsolicited invitations.
- telegram-format-reconstruction: Reproduce Telegram text, entities, rich blocks and premium custom emoji faithfully. Use for formatted message copying, banner reconstruction, RTL preservation or replacing emoji by visual equivalence; inspect actual images rather than trusting fallback glyphs.

Descriptions come from the frontmatter of each SKILL.md, punctuation lightly normalized.
