## What website-discovery does, in the publisher's words

A guided Codex plugin for planning a new website or a migration. It collects business and product context in short rounds, checks a public existing site when relevant, asks clarifying questions, and produces two reviewed Markdown documents in the target project's.agents/docs/:

- -business-profile.md
- -website-specification.md

The workflow does not require a CMS account, payment account, MCP server, or API key. A public migration URL is optional; when it cannot be read, Codex asks for screenshots, exported content, a sitemap, or a summary.

- Install and sign in to Codex. In Terminal, confirm codex and git are available.
- After this repository has been uploaded to GitHub, replace OWNER/REPO below with its GitHub path. For example, acme/website-discovery-plugin.
- Add the repository's marketplace and install the plugin:
