## What xrcvclibrary does, in the publisher's words

This distributable package provides XRCVC Library, the accessible library service of Xavier's Resource Centre for the Visually Challenged at St. Xavier's College, Mumbai. It connects supported AI clients to the XRCVC Library MCP server and includes twelve focused skills: public catalog research; member requests, orders, cart, and self profile; Admin transactions; member archives; Admin archives; the Admin member directory; request history; order history; Admin/Developer reports; tasks and activity; a library introduction; and public documentation guidance.

The skills use the server's Markdown output for both public and authenticated workflows. The named Markdown tools return complete, unpaginated Catalog, Requests, Orders, archived Requests, archived Orders, Member Recent Activity, Member Tasks, Admin Tasks, user accounts, and Membership ID records. Dedicated archive tools select stored isArchived=true records, preserve archive audit fields and each record's independent real status, and let administrative tools optionally filter by requested-for Membership ID. Complete Member and Owner's Manual tools preserve the packaged Markdown unchanged.

From the project README, punctuation lightly normalized. Full text: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Varunmanoj/XRCVC-Library-Plugin/HEAD/plugins/xrcvclibrary/README.md

## Skills

- admin-archives: Review archived XRCVC Library requests and orders across members for Staff, Admin, or Developer operations. Use when archive selection must use stored isArchived=true and may be narrowed by requested-for Membership ID.
- admin-catalog-management
- admin-maintenance
- admin-member-directory: Review role-authorized XRCVC Library user accounts and Membership ID reservations or shared profiles. Use for Admin directory questions about members, staff, admins, developers, linked logins, profile fields, verification, sign-in state, activity counts, or a selected user or Membership ID.
- admin-reports: Explain XRCVC Library reporting for Admin and Developer roles. Use for report catalogs, report summaries, tables, and date-bounded operational analysis; do not use for Staff reporting or raw transaction lookup.
- admin-transactions: Review role-authorized XRCVC Library requests, orders, and saved carts across members. Use for Staff, Admin, and Developer operational transaction work; do not use for reports or a member's self-only question.
- member-archives: Review the signed-in person's archived XRCVC Library requests and orders. Use for personal archive questions that must select stored isArchived=true records; do not use for current transactions or another member's records.
- member-transactions: Review the signed-in person's self-scoped XRCVC Library requests, orders, and cart. Use for personal transaction data after role-aware audience selection; do not use for other members' records or administrative reporting.
- order-history: Explain the complete lifecycle of one XRCVC Library order and every generated request. Use for order status transitions, the request that triggered a transition, or linked request timelines; do not use for carts or aggregate reporting.
- public-catalog: Explore and explain publicly visible XRCVC Library catalog items, statistics, accessible formats, and taxonomies. Use for open catalog research; do not use for private carts, transactions, or account activity.
- request-history: Explain the complete lifecycle of one XRCVC Library request. Use for creation, status changes, updater details, remarks, collection information, and request-history questions; do not use for order-wide timelines or aggregate reporting.
- xrcvc-library-documentation: Retrieve and explain the public XRCVC Library Member and Owner's Manual Markdown documentation, including catalog use and the request-to-order lifecycle. Use for how-to, policy, and lifecycle questions; do not use it as evidence of a user's private records.
- xrcvc-library-introduction: Introduce XRCVC Library, its accessible-resource features, and the available public and role-authorized capabilities. Use for greetings, orientation, and choosing the right library workflow; do not inspect private data unless asked.
- xrcvc-settings-management
- xrcvc-tasks-activity: Explore XRCVC Library tasks, upcoming work, and recent member activity using role-authorized task views. Use for next actions and activity summaries; do not use for carts, transaction detail, or reports.

Descriptions come from the frontmatter of each SKILL.md, punctuation lightly normalized.
