## What zentao-ai-assistant does, in the publisher's words

让 AI 通过 ZenTao 官方 API v2 查询项目、统计工作量、整理个人待办，并按明确授权处理 Bug。 提供 7 个 Skills，支持直接 Clone 使用，也提供 Claude Code / Codex 插件安装入口； 两种方式共用根目录的同一份 skills/。

基础 API 覆盖 20 个资源、120 个 endpoint。统计和项目分析基于实际返回数据， 不编造历史趋势、健康分或绩效结论；不完整数据会保留完整性标记。

- Python 3.11+，运行时和测试只用标准库，不需要 pip install、pipx、MCP Server 或第三方 Python 包。
- Git；使用插件时还需安装支持相应插件命令的 Claude Code 或 Codex CLI。
- 可访问的 ZenTao API v2 地址，以及有相应权限的账号和密码。

下面命令从仓库根目录执行。示例使用 python3；若本机使用 python 或 Windows 的 py -3，请替换命令并先确认版本满足要求。无需安装系统级 zentao-ai 命令。

- 需要马上行动：active Bug，按当前负责人 assignedTo 归属。
- 待测试验证：resolved 但尚未关闭的 Bug，按解决人 resolvedBy 归属； 当前 assignedTo 作为测试负责人单独展示，即使其不属于团队也不会漏掉解决成果。
- closed 不进入清单。"需要马上行动"为四列，待测试验证增加第五列 当前测试负责人；Bug 编号可点击，成员名下按优先级、严重程度、创建时间由早到晚排序。

- zentao-batch-export: Use when users want to export, package, or download complete data and resources for multiple ZenTao objects into one ZIP. Trigger on multi-object export/package/download intent; ordinary single-object view/query stays in zentao.
- zentao-bug-board
- zentao-bug-resolver: Investigate or fix ZenTao Bugs using business code evidence, or mark Bugs resolved when the user explicitly confirms they are already solved (已解决 / 解决了 / 标记已解决). A request to fix a Bug is not confirmation that it is solved.
