Ranking here is arithmetic, not opinion. Two inputs decide order:
- GitHub stars on the repository that hosts the manifest.
- Verified component counts: the number of skills discovered under
skills/and MCP server entries declared inmcp.json, counted by fetching the package rather than trusting the description.
There are no editorial scores, no star ratings, no "editor's picks" and no sponsored placement in the tables below. Stars measure the popularity of the host repository, which in most cases earned them for the product rather than for the plugin manifest. Read the numbers with that caveat attached.
