## What grok-job-kit does, in the publisher's words

Standing-seat templates for Grok Bot. Hires empty chairs. Does not clone a staffed office.

Two kinds of multi-role exist elsewhere:

- Standing seats (this pack): hire once, empty drawers, occupant data stays local
- Per-goal team (DeepSeek AgentTeams, Claude Agent Teams): one session becomes captain, then archives

Grok Bot Marketplace installs skills and connectors. It does not create bots. Run hire-roster on the recipient account.

- Public git under github.com/Octo-o-o-o, then https://cursor.com/marketplace/publish
- Team Marketplace import of that repo
- Until listed: share the repo and ask their bot to run hire-roster
- Install the plugin or point a bot at this repo

From the project README, punctuation lightly normalized. Full text: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Octo-o-o-o/grok-job-kit/HEAD/README.md

## Skills

- bind-local: Use after hire-roster, when the user wants morning brief or other routines on THIS account. Bind local inboxes, calendars, and clocks. Leave all personal values empty until the user states them.
- hire-roster: Hire empty standing Grok Bots from grok-job-kit. Default roster is lite. Use gated or named seats when the user asks. Never import another account memory.

Descriptions come from the frontmatter of each SKILL.md, punctuation lightly normalized.
