## What mattpocock-skills-productivity does, in the publisher's words

A Codex plugin that packages the seven skills in Matt Pocock's general Productivity collection. It focuses on planning, learning, communication, handoffs, questionnaires, and writing for agents.

- grill-me and grilling: interview through a plan or idea.
- handoff: create a handoff document for another agent.
- teach: teach a topic in a stateful learning workspace.
- to-questionnaire: turn unanswered questions into a questionnaire for someone else.
- wait-what: re-explain a message in simpler language.
- writing-for-agents: write skills and other documents agents use.

The source skills and their supporting files are copied into one skills/ root so Codex can install them as a single plugin. The MIT notice in LICENSE.mattpocock applies to the upstream skill material; it does not cover the separately sourced AI Hero logo. The skills retain upstream agents/openai.yaml metadata. This is a community package maintained by JALA, not an official Matt Pocock plugin.

## Skills

- grill-me: A relentless interview to sharpen a plan or design.
- grilling: Grill the user relentlessly about a plan, decision, or idea. Use when the user wants to stress-test their thinking, or uses any 'grill' trigger phrases.
- handoff: Compact the current conversation into a handoff document for another agent to pick up.
- teach: Teach the user a new skill or concept, within this workspace.
- to-questionnaire: Turn a decision you can't fully answer into a questionnaire for someone else to fill in.
- wait-what: Stop. That last message did not land: re-pitch it.
- writing-for-agents: Writing documents for agents. Use when creating or editing skills, or modifying AGENTS.md or CLAUDE.md.

Descriptions come from the frontmatter of each SKILL.md, punctuation lightly normalized.
